Less Sodium Soy Sauce
Our Less Sodium Soy Sauce is brewed in exactly the same way as our regular Soy Sauce. However, approximately 40% of its salt is removed right after the fermentation process is completed. In addition, although there is less sodium in our Less Sodium Soy Sauce, all the flavor and quality characteristics as well as the versatility remain because the sauce is aged before extracting the salt. To maintain this full flavor, we recommend using this sauce during the latter stage of cooking in braising sauces, soups and stews, vegetables or stir-frys.
